Hello Card - Lavender Flowerish

Wishing you all a Happy and Creative Sunday!

I've been out of blogging for a little while due to being extremely busy. But now I can finally post a card I've made a few days ago.

My spring mood is still going on. I've bought a pretty Flower paper punch. I should say I like how it works, cuts the paper smoothly and easily.

I've tried different techniques here with this paper punch and mixed the flowers with my new purple inkpad. Got a bit messy, but I think it gives a nice shabby look. And I really can't stop toning the pieces of cards. I promise myself the next card I make will be without toning lol.

SUPPLIES:

  • Scrapberry's Lilac Cardstock
  • Scrapberry's Cornflower Cardstock
  • Dovecraft Indigo Premium Pigment Inkpad
  • Dovecraft Back to Basics IV Paper Pack 6*6

Misc Card - Have you noticed? There is love in air

Happy Monday!

It seems I start making a tradition for this blog - posting a card each Monday. Well, I think that's a good tradition enough.

I've been busy all this week, making some b-day cards for my friends. I cannot post the pictures yet (what a spoiler that's gonna be!), but I'll do it as soon as my friends receive their cards.

This very card was a real experiment for me. Let's see:

  • I've always thought i have a terrible handwriting and will never succeed in calligraphy or making written wishes. I think I've underestimated myself, haven't I? lol
  • I actually CAN make colorful cards!
  • I can make them look at least quite finished

I'm pretty pleased with myself this time, which happens rarely. I'm going to move on practicing, of course. But since I still in a need of supplies, I'll be improving slowly. Next stop - buying more cardstock and paper!

Love Card - Cinnamon Love

Happy Monday!
We are used to the idea of gloomy and tiring Mondays. So I decided to brighten the day and make a craftshopping trip! And I was lucky - right next to the shop I usually visit has opened a brand new one with friendly assistants and a nice variety of products. I couldn't resist spending a bit more money than I expected, haha.
It's St. Valentine's Day soon, so it's time for some love cards! In the new shop I came across some pretty paper. They sell it seperately, so you can tear out any that you like. Also most of the paper is double sided which provides you with much more material!
This card is quite a mix. The cardstock I used is Scrapberry's textured CINNAMON stock. It's thick and the texture is pretty smooth. I do love the cards made out of it!
It was also time to try out my new clear stamp set from Scrapberry's. For this set I bought the black inkpad by Mr.Painter. To be truthful, I don't like it very much, it doesn't give enough color. I'd love to get StazOn inkpad for stamping purposes.

Supplies:

  • Scrapberry's Cinnamon Cardstock

  • Glitz 6 x 6 YOURS TRULY Paper Pack PP3795 Chevron

Inspired By #1 - Warm Winter Card

Hi everyone!

I'm starting this blog with some tender, gentle card. This winter is quite frosty here, but we still can warm up at home with a cup of tea or coffee, reading a book or watching a favourite movie. Thus cold, this winter inspired me with the warmth of feelings inside.

My image inspiration was this palette from Design Seeds

Since I don't have a great lot of supplies, I use all that turns up next to me! So unfortunately I cannot describe all the supplies used.
